Should you wish to be considered to perform at either of our Annual Pre Party events, Main Stage or our After Parties following our Annual Awards Shows, please choose one or more of the following:

(Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee a performance position and that previous ISSA Award winners and ISSA touring bands and former Gold level winners have preference)

Preparty performances include five full bands that will perform a forty five minute set at our local establishment of choice each year. (This year is at Wild Wing Cafe in Alpharetta, Georgia) Full Bands will need to bring gear/instruments, however ISSA will provide a sound engineer and a PA at the World Famous Wild Wing Cafe stage. Wild Wing Cafe is located at 5530 Windward Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30004

Please know that Main Stage performances are reserved for previous Gold Winners and touring bands and must be full band performances. This opportunity for tremendous exposure includes a performance of one song and is not a paid performance. A full back line is provided for performers and underground parking is provided for band members to enter backstage at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center in Atlanta. This performance will be broadcast on our ISSA TV on Roku channel for the world to see.

After Party performances may include solo or duet acts that may or may not include backing tracks, since this will be an available opportunity for those without full bands to perform their original songs. Guitars, and other instruments are welcomed. Mics, amps and the stage of course are provided. This year our After Party will resume at the Wild Wing Cafe in Alpharetta, Georgia, 5530 Windward Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30004
